Enrollment Assistant Director
The Assistant Director of Enrollment will grow Minerva University’s brand awareness across the globe, lead direct outreach and recruitment activities for Minerva’s undergraduate program. She/He will be responsible for meeting lead, applicant, and enrollment funnel goals in an assigned territory. This person will engage with and support high school and transfer students from the prospect to matriculation stage through relevant awareness building, lead engagement, and nurture programs. This role will also develop Minerva’s connection to relevant stakeholders - school and independent counselors, parents, student organizations, and government entities - with the goal of creating a better understanding of and appreciation for Minerva’s academic programs. She/he will be responsible for utilizing data analyses and statistical modeling to shape enrollment plans, as well as reporting relevant data to partners and compliance stakeholders. This is a remote role based in the U.S. and requires extensive travel. The start date is ASAP. Preference will be given to applicants who reside in or around San Francisco, California or New York.

Mental Health Advisor, Tokyo
The Mental Health Advisor (MHA) provides culturally-informed counseling/psychotherapy, education, support, coaching, and case management services for university students through our Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) office. He/she/they also develops and implements mental health education programs, and provides consultation services and training for students, faculty, and staff. The MHA must have a sophisticated understanding of the role of culture in higher education, and extensive skills in effectively serving a highly diverse and international student community.

Local Subject Matter Expert, Tokyo
Minerva University seeks three Local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collaborate on the development and delivery of our immersive course, “Special Topics in Japanese Society and Culture.” These roles are designed for experts who can provide the "connective tissue" between academic theory and the lived reality of contemporary Japan. We are looking for practitioners and scholars who can move beyond delivering information to providing expert interpretation and local nuance. Note that the Fall 2026 semester runs from Sept 1- Dec 11, 2026 but work will begin in early August, 2026.
